Directions:

The Country Kiln Stoves is based on a working farm at Waterlands on the B778 Stewarton to Fenwick Road, 4 minutes from end of the M77 and 20 minutes North of Ayr or 20 minutes South of Glasgow in Scotland.

When travelling SOUTH to Country Kiln from Glasgow take the M8 west, then the M77. Travel south on the M77 exiting at the last junction (Junction 7: Stewarton, Fenwick and Kilmaurs). At the end of the slip road turn right under the motorway viaduct. Go straight ahead at the roundabout, which takes you on to the B778 Fenwick to Stewarton Road. We are 2.4 miles along the B778, signposted on the left hand side.

When driving on the B778 road we are one mile past Scot Seats, you will first see Scot Seats on the left, then the Strathclyde Police horse farm on the right, then you will see views of the Isle of Arran and our wind turbine just as you pass Cabrewell Boarding Kennels on the right. Next you will come to a bad bend and you`ll see the Country Kiln Stoves sign on the left immediately after the bad bend. If you arrive in Stewarton Village you have driven too far.

When travelling NORTH to Country Kiln from Ayrshire come up the A77. Just as the A77 becomes the M77 take the left slip road avoiding the M77, bringing you to a small roundabout. Go straight here along the duel carriageway to the next roundabout. Turn left. This takes you on to the B778 Fenwick to Stewarton Road; Country Kiln are 2.4 miles along on the left hand side from this roundabout. You will see the Country Kiln Stoves sign from the road.

When travelling EAST to Country Kiln from Stewarton Cross, which is where the only set of traffic lights in Stewarton lies, turn down Vennel Street. Pass the fire station on your right and go straight along this road a few hundred yards. Your satnav will often provide inaccurate directions at this point. It is important that you take the SECOND main turn to your left. The road is sign posted for Fenwick. (DO NOT turn off beside the red post box, which is the first turnoff to your left and is called Cutstraw Rd.) Go up the hill, over the speed bumps and down the hill, taking you out of Stewarton. You will see two white cottages up on the hill - Country Kiln is on your right, at the first cottage on the right, 300 yards out of Stewarton village. If you reach Cabrewell Boarding Kennels or Strathclyde Police Horses you have driven too far.

Please note satnavs may not successfully guide you to our farm. If you get lost call 01560 483966.
