We offer six months guarantee but not covered is glass, over firing , incorrect use or incorrect installation i.e. over tightening of bolts. Nothing goes wrong with our stoves unless they are abused. Really, the sensible question to ask is “How long a life expectancy can I anticipate from your Country Kiln Stoves?” The small stoves we expect to last for 5 to 10 years or longer, if not abused. With the larger stoves we have replaced parts on only a few (2 or 3) after 10 years therefore, we know they last much longer than 10 years. We have full spares so even if a problem was encountered we have the parts to replace.
