What are the BTU`s to the Kilowatt?

The easiest way to calculate BTU`s to the Kilowatt is to multiply the kilowatt by 3000.

Therefore 18kw stoves equal approx 56,000 btus.

16kw stoves are approx 48,000 btus

10kw wood burners equal approx 30, 000 btus

5kw multi fuel stoves equal approx 15,000 btus.

Incidentally BTU stands for British Thermal Unit.
