On purchase of a Country Kiln Stove we can pass details of your installation to the installer in your area who has registered with us for work. It is up to the individual to verify Hetas registration and discuss installation cost which is paid direct to the installer.

We tend not to send fitters until a stove has been purchased. As an international supplier we feel that is fairer on the fitters, as, due to the level of enquiries.  We could have fitters out looking at jobs 24/7 and never earning. At Country Kiln we are qualified and experienced enough to give ball park fitter quotes by phone, this usually negates the need for the fitter to travel to quote.
