Just a quick email to say thank-you and to reinforce the other testimonials shown on your site.

We placed the order for the Little Cottage stove mid- to late Tuesday afternoon. The carrier telephoned at 1030 Thursday to confirm it was with them and to arrange delivery and at 1100 Friday am stoves arrived, securely packed and protected. A painless experience from start to finish and certainly an efficient service that others would do well to follow. I don't think I've seen it bettered. The delivery company's driver was very pleasant, cheerful and very helpful - again a refreshing change over some others.

The stoves currently sat in the middle of the room on its mounting pallet awaiting me putting on my DIY hat and is - we both agree - a handsome piece that looks better than in the photograph. It will be a shame to fit it in the fireplace ..... I like it as a focal talking point, but the M.D. of this house is insisting I get on with the job.

Many thanks - fantastic service, ditto product and the delivery company matches it. I will have no hesitation in recommending your company to friends, family and acquaintances and, when we finally decide ( for we, read My wife) finally on the other room set-up, we will just telephone you if necessary.

I purchased stoves from you 3 years ago and another wood burner 2 years ago. The delivery men were fantastic. I use the stoves to heat a big draughty old Victorian house, which they do remarkably well. I have saved thousands of pounds in bills and also help the environment as I burn my own wood, so are carbon zero. I want to thank you for such a high quality product, these stoves are very well made and nice to look at and there is nothing like sitting in front of a glowing fire on a cold winters evening.
